    • You all know I love to cook and I am always looking for new products to try out for my many Meatless Monday recipes. I try to find new ways to add texture and creaminess to my healthy creations without adding too much fat or processed stuff.
    • I’ve come across this new product I am itching to try-BK Creamery Single & Double Cream
    • It’s an all new, dairy cream that is similar to a “British style double cream”. It is gluten free, kosher has no artificial ingredients, sugar, salt or carbs. It’s thicker, spoonable texture makes it much richer and very versatile for cooking.
    • I am already dreaming up so many ways to swirl this yumminess into my recipes!
    • I haven’t tried it yet however it’s described as having the thickness of sour cream or creme fraiche but the taste of fresh cream.
    • The single cream is less thick because it is half the fat and can also be used as a coffee creamer. Hello! You all know how much I love my coffee. :)
    • The Single Cream has 21% milk fat and the Double Cream 42% milk fat (half the fat of butter).
    • The Brooklyn Creamery creams are not ultra pasturized the way typical heavy creams are which gives it a thicker, richer taste.
  • What can you do with it?

    • The possibilities are endless! I can’t wait to get my hands on this and experiment. BK Creamery is doing in store demos at Giant Food & Stop n Shop over the next few weeks across the country. I will be attending one this weekend to check it out in person. See their website for further info on where to purchase and feel free to use this coupon as well.
