Thanks for joining me and Kim for the weekly run down. November is always a super busy month over here. Both my husband and I have our birthdays next week and we are starting our celebrating early and often. We’re starting off that celebrating in Vegas. Here’s a peek into my week of fitness and fun.

Let The Birthday Celebrations Begin

Sunday-Peloton core + stretch + 3.5 mile power walk

After enjoying a nice sleep in, I headed out for my favorite hilly walk with a friend. It seemed like the perfect day to switch out the plants in my front porch planters before watching the Philly Eagles game. I shared on IG that my main goal for November is to enjoy all the celebrations this month guilt free.

Monday-Power walk tread class + core + full body strength

Lunging into Monday a little sleepy after the time change but still getting it done.

Tuesday-4 mile run/walk + core + stretch + barre

I enjoyed doing a short glute focused Peloton barre as a warm up today. It was another gorgeous day out on the trails. It looks like full on fall but felt more like summer with humidity and temps around 70.

Birthday celebrations

Wednesday- Peloton walk + full body strength + core

It was a quick but effective strength workout and then lots of rushing around getting things done before heading out town.

Thursday-Fly to Las Vegas

We headed out for a few days in Las Vegas to relax, see some concerts and start our birthday celebrations. We will call this a rest day but I did get in my core class and airport walk.

Friday-5 miles walking + 45 min full body strength

The weather is a gorgeous 60 degrees which was perfect for lots of walking and window shopping. I hit the hotel gym for a great full body strength workout with andy. Later, we caught The Foreigner concert which was one long sing a long dance party.

Saturday- 5 miles walking + full body strength + Eagles concert

I did a bunch of walking up and down the strip all day before hitting the gym for another full body workout. Later, we finally got to experience the Sphere for The  Eagles concert.

These few days were the perfect kickoff for our joint birthday celebrations.
