      the BOSU is by far one of my favorite at home pieces to have very useful for all kinds of stuff.

    I almost exclusively workout at home, so these are great! I need a BOSU, but it also kind of terrifies me. 🙂

    These all look like great workouts! When I finally get a treadmill I think I want to start using it before or after my strength training workouts. I’d like to be able to run a little more each week but it’s hard to get all layered up to go outside for just a mile!

    Great posts. I would LOVE to have a BOSU and a lot more weights at home. Would be a dream come true to have a gym room with all sorts of good stuff like that.
